Thank you so much for the help you gave my parents. Sometimes people don’t know who to call or ask for help. We appreciate your caring attitude and making my parents feel like everything would be OK. You have shown us that there are still good people in the world and as my dad says, Let me live to be a blessing. Thank you for blessing us with your service.

Working with Devin and Aaron to make arrangements for the work, was a wonderful experience! The team, Ryan, Lucia, and Amy, was excellent! They managed to do what we thought could not be done at my late brother's house. They packed their truck COMPLETELY full of large and small items, and some extremely heavy items. They cleaned thoroughly and gave old cabinets and appliances new life. I will be contacting them, again, for organizing and deep cleaning projects in my own home. Thanks and see you in the near future, Ryan, Lucia, and Amy! And thank you, Bio-One!

My parents had an issue with mice in their basement. The Bio-One team went above and beyond in making sure things were cleaned and removed quite a bit of garbage (more than they probably needed or were expected to do). The on site team was on time, professional, and did an outstanding job for my parents. I would recommend the Bio-One team to anyone who needs this type of clean up. They are fantastic1

From the owner to the team that performed the service, they were very professional and sensitive to our needs. They made sure we were both comfortable and helped ease our anxiety. The cost was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them on any future needs.

Devin and his team are some amazing, detal-oriented people! Their commitment to care and professionalism makes a difference in handling tough situations. Whether it's biohazard, gross filth, hoarding, or decomposition, I trust them to handle it with the discretion it requires.

If you need a service like this, Bio-One Cincinnati is the right choice. I 100% recommend them! Devin made me feel comfortable from the first day I talked to him. He explained every step and helped me through a very difficult situation. Everything with the clean-up happened exactly like he explained. He has the best crew you could ever ask for. Amy, Eric and Aaron was so nice, respectful, honest and hardworking. I actually had a great time with them and they made a tough job easier! They were all great! I would definitely hire them again!!!
