Devin and his team are some amazing, detal-oriented people! Their commitment to care and professionalism makes a difference in handling tough situations. Whether it's biohazard, gross filth, hoarding, or decomposition, I trust them to handle it with the discretion it requires.

Our family had an unfortunate incident that required cleaning beyond our capabilities. I called Bio-One of Cincinnati and yes, you will in fact speak directly to the owner, Aaron Roper. I wasn’t sure where to begin when he answered. He listened without judgement and was so calming, very professional. I was shocked when he said he could have a team out the next day. I sent him my family’s home insurance information and Aaron made the calls for us. I literally just had to let his team in the door. They were discreet- no big trucks with logos-it looked like I was having friends over. They even put their gear on inside. When it was time to haul material away, a truck was called in, quickly loaded and left within minutes. They were compassionate and so very detailed in their work. Amy, Dan and the rest of the team was just heaven sent at a very difficult time. If you want a company that is professional, compassionate, dedicated to their work and their customer, call Bio-One Cincinnati!!

Stood me up twice and didn't follow up with a phone call. When I called because of their no show, his apology was very cavalier.

From the owner to the team that performed the service, they were very professional and sensitive to our needs. They made sure we were both comfortable and helped ease our anxiety. The cost was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them on any future needs.

The Bio-One team was amazing helping with our situation/needs. Devin is incredibly professional, reliable, flexible, and empathetic. The tech Matt, that came out was also amazing and embodies the same characteristics as Devin. My family and I highly recommend and respect this company.
