			Our family had an unfortunate incident that required cleaning beyond our capabilities. I called Bio-One of Cincinnati and yes, you will in fact speak directly to the owner, Aaron Roper. I wasn’t sure where to begin when he answered. He listened without judgement and was so calming, very professional. I was shocked when he said he could have a team out the next day. I sent him my family’s home insurance information and Aaron made the calls for us. I literally just had to let his team in the door. They were discreet- no big trucks with logos-it looked like I was having friends over. They even put their gear on inside. When it was time to haul material away, a truck was called in, quickly loaded and left within minutes. They were compassionate and so very detailed in their work.
